Information I collect

When you contact me or start a request through this site, I collect the details you give me. That can include your name, phone number, email address, the property you are asking about, your timeline, and the financial information needed to review a mortgage.

If you only read the site without reaching out, I do not collect information that identifies you personally.

How I use your information

I use your information to reply to you, to review your situation, and to prepare and submit a mortgage application to lenders on your behalf. If you qualify for the closing-credit offer, I use it to administer that offer.

I also use your information to meet the legal and regulatory obligations that apply to licensed mortgage agents in Ontario.

When I share your information

To arrange a mortgage, I share your information with Pegasus Mortgage Lending Center Inc. and with the lenders you ask me to approach. I may also share it with service providers who help run my business, and where the law requires it.

I do not sell your information.

By sending me your information or submitting a request, you consent to the uses described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting me, though that may mean I can no longer help with your mortgage.

How I protect your information

I take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to limit who can see it. No way of storing or sending information is completely secure, so I cannot promise absolute security.

How long I keep it

I keep your information for as long as I need it to serve you and to meet the record-keeping rules that apply to mortgage transactions. After that, I dispose of it securely.

You can ask to see the information I hold about you and to correct anything that is wrong. To make a request, contact me using the details below.
